DILD Questions and Help

I have gotten a WILD and a few DILDs (just randomly realized I was dreaming, but continued with the dream) but I have decided that DILD would be the best method for me. I think that because once school starts again I won't be able to WILD in the morning anymore because I will have to wake up and get ready for school. The problem is I can't really do random reality checks and question reality during the day (especially once school starts). Are there any other ways to do DILD easier or is there another method that would be best for me? Thanks in advance!

Why do you think you can't do RCs and question reality during day?

There are some very descreet ones, that nobody will notice, and they take just seconds to do.

I make up RC every once in a while, and if I do them daily they eventually lead to DILDS. Lately I like to tap the tip of my finger against various things and try to decide if it feels correct. I also click my teeth together and then run the tip of my tongue over my teeth. My dreams never get the exact feel of this correct, so I have had DILDs when it felt muffled or just wrong. RC is much more about stopping to question reality, then it is about trying to do weird things. It is not that RC create unnatural effects in dreams (finger through palm) as much as you learn to question daily and so on.
