Lucid dream #2 last night. I'll post full details on my dream journal. Being the self-doubter I am I was again not 100% sure at first, but there was just too much detail and too much "first-person tactile" experience to be anything else. Lottery winners must experience this feeling. "Have I really won? Am I dreaming?" Well we are mate, because that's what it's all about to us! |

Erm...might have to put the opening date back a bit. So far, I've not had LD#3 so I'm just recalcing...erm have to assume 2 LD's per month tops at the moment + half the oompah loompahs didn't turn up + The Purple Hills Planning Authority are getting a bit sniffy about the strippers...so probably 2054 is a better estimate...and that would make me 110 y.o. Well...I can but hope. Anyway, a selection of non-alcoholic beverages will be available...if I make it, that is |

I drink socially once in a while, but I basically haven't touched a drop since starting "lucid living." My diet is also way improved, no junk food, tons of fruits/vegetables, focusing on the dream-enhancing whole foods |

Nice one FryingMan. I've changed my eating habits really. I do the 5 - 2 diet (although I eat rather a lot on the 5 days so any weight loss is fairly low) But I'm eating blueberries and coleslaw nearly every day because of their alleged benefits as brain food and, to a point it's worked...immediately after a dream I can spot the dream-signs that would trigger lucidity...all I have to do now is spot them inside the dream. Doh! |

There's only thing keeping yourself in change, and that's you. Good four you, keep at it! |
