I have no problems getting into the SLEEP PARALYSIS stage during a WILD/WBTB...However, recently I seem to be getting trapped in my dream body. |

LD GOAL LIST
1) Re-live the D-day landings like in the opening scene in 'Saving Private Ryan'. Arrive by landing boat, storm the beach, kill me some Nazis.
2) A prolonged flying experience through beautiful landscape/scenery
3) Have a 'nice' time with Chery Cole and Nicole Schwerzinger
First of all, you don't want to be going into sleep paralysis at all, as this is usually super terrifying and should usually only happen if you have a sleeping disorder of some kind. |

Have you tried floating out, or using some kind of a rope/ladder technique? Here is something about other ways of entering LDs http://www.dreamviews.com/wake-initi...ntry-wild.html |

What works for me is to visualize the scenario I want. But also to plan out the first few actions I will take. Maybe I imagine appearing in my childhood home and the first things I will do is get out of bed, walk from my bedroom to the front door, open it, and see a person I planned to meet. The trick here is to create expectations for both imagery and action. You need to be very deliberate and specific about how it will all happen, but just for the first few seconds. Then the dream will take form and you can improvise from there. Also, it's hard but you can't "force" it. Relax into it like a daydream, with some intent but mostly letting your imagination fill in the gaps. |

I am sure about illusion. I am not so sure about reality.
