Need help: The transition from SLEEP PARALYSIS to LUCID DREAMING

I have no problems getting into the SLEEP PARALYSIS stage during a WILD/WBTB...However, recently I seem to be getting trapped in my dream body.

I used to use to methods that worked well 1) I used to open my eyes (dream eyes) climb out of my body then out my bedroom window into a dream 2) Just relax and imagine a dream scenario.

These haven't been working recently - when I open my eyes I just get trapped in my dream body and can't move

Has anyone got any other methods for the transition???????
      LD GOAL LIST

      1) Re-live the D-day landings like in the opening scene in 'Saving Private Ryan'. Arrive by landing boat, storm the beach, kill me some Nazis.
      2) A prolonged flying experience through beautiful landscape/scenery
      3) Have a 'nice' time with Chery Cole and Nicole Schwerzinger

First of all, you don't want to be going into sleep paralysis at all, as this is usually super terrifying and should usually only happen if you have a sleeping disorder of some kind.

Now, to your problem - this happens to me quite frequently, and quite frankly I haven't figured a way to "get out" of my dream body and into my dream. What I do is wake myself up and perform a DEILD. Basically you want to take yourself up, and as you wake up you lay still, keep your eyes closed at all times, and you'll fairly quickly get back into dreaming, and you will fall asleep while being aware. It's honestly super simple once you can remember to lay completely still and not open your eyes, and it works for me

EDIT: Oh, and for some weird reason, the not being able to move thing actually sometimes has to do with the position I go to sleep in - I don't know if that could affect you too, but give it a thought

Have you tried floating out, or using some kind of a rope/ladder technique? Here is something about other ways of entering LDs http://www.dreamviews.com/wake-initi...ntry-wild.html

And here is something similar - paragraph 6 - http://www.dreamviews.com/wake-initi...d-wilding.html

      Good luck

What works for me is to visualize the scenario I want. But also to plan out the first few actions I will take. Maybe I imagine appearing in my childhood home and the first things I will do is get out of bed, walk from my bedroom to the front door, open it, and see a person I planned to meet. The trick here is to create expectations for both imagery and action. You need to be very deliberate and specific about how it will all happen, but just for the first few seconds. Then the dream will take form and you can improvise from there. Also, it's hard but you can't "force" it. Relax into it like a daydream, with some intent but mostly letting your imagination fill in the gaps.
I am sure about illusion. I am not so sure about reality.
