Thank you for the detailed steps you use Mr0Blonde! Like the example in the quote above, if you think of other things later that you find helpful, let us know in here. I realized that I had gotten away from PM exercises. Before I mostly only used things that I needed to remember anyway as a PM exercise but sometimes also random things and need to get back to that as well as RCs. Up until recently my focus has been largely on my self within lucid dreams but the pendulum has swung the other way to where I am focusing much more on my surroundings which seems to have it's pros and cons, so I am working towards a balance currently.
My 100% lucidity question was something like "What are some of the best ways to get someone as close as possible to being able to LD any night that they try?"
