I sleep on my back |

Just wondering how does everyone else sleep during a WILD or WBTB method? |

I sleep on my back |
|
I can have WILDs laying on my side (either side). But now do exactly as MasterMind says. I noticed that my dreams are more vivid, be it lucid or non-lucid. |

I just sleep how ever is most comfortable for me. Usually it's on my left side, sometimes my right, and even fewer times on my back or stomach. I haven't really been paying attention to how my position might effect my ability to lucid dream. Do you think there's a link? |

I start on my back and stay there until I am mostly asleep. It keeps me from deep sleep. Then at some point because I am aware (not comfy enough) but very close to true sleep, I switch to my side and transition rapidly into aware sleep. |

On my back. If I don't, I have to use induction techniques to help me along. If I manage to stay positioned on my back and not give in to the discomfort, I'm almost guaranteed to naturally become lucid during the later REM periods, and that almost never happens when I lay on my side. |
