I'm curious as to how long before bed I should turn off electronics and TV. I heard they affect LD results. When is the best time for attempting a WILD and WBTB? |

If you read this do a reality check, you will thank me later...
It depends on you. Most people will say that 6 or more hours are good for WBTB or WILD, but it really depends on how you sleep. This timing works best for most people, but if you find that you aren't getting the results that you want, try scheduling your WILDs and WTBTs earlier in the night, such as 2 or 3 hours after you sleep. This actually works best for me (but also, I sleep biphasically so it just depends). |
