I nearly had a successful wild but panicked during my WILD attempt. Everything flickered on and then off before turning on and off again or something like that. I experienced some sort of red flashes and I woke up because I got scared. I know it's my mind playing tricks on me because of hallucinations, but what can I do to be sure this won't happen again? |

If you read this do a reality check, you will thank me later...
There's not much you can do except get used to it, I think after a while you might actually stop getting those kinds of scary transitions, I used to get them too back when I first started WILDing but now it never happens. |

I don't think I have tried to control it before. Experienced vibration during a nap while listening to beats but the stupid phone vibrated. |
