Ive noticed that a lot of ld techniques require you to fall asleep. But fall asleep when Your aware. If I woke up in the middle of the Night i could fall asleep easily, But If I Did wbtb for 5 minutes, sleep is history. Help? |

You have to find the right balance between sleepiness and awareness. Too sleepy and you won't be able to focus. Too aware and you won't be able to sleep. For me it has a lot to do with when I do my WBTB. If it's too soon after I go to sleep for the night, I'm way too groggy to wake up my brain for LDs. I also have the problem with insomnia after WBTB. You pretty much have to try it a few times and personalize it to fit your needs. If it's late enough in the morning, a trip to the bathroom and right back to bed is enough to get me into the awareness sweet spot. |
