If you can't remember doing reality checks during the day, you got to train your prospective memory. Pick some objects in the morning and do a reality check everytime you see it during the day. You could pick a yellow car, or your phone, and try to do a RC everytime you see it. This may be hard when you start, but it will get easier after a couple of days. The only one who can really figure out what technique is the best for you, is you. Try to stick to a technique for some weeks, and combine techniques. The easiest to begin with is WBTB, try to combine it with a rather easy technique like SSILD or MILD (Prospective memory is quite essential for this one). |

I would suggest starting of with MILD. This technique doesn't require doing stuff during the day, it's optional. You use intention, suggestion and visualization before sleep to get LD's during the night. Don't forget to Dream Journal, everybody needs dream recall |

I would recommend ssild. It's reliable and dosent take a lot of work. |

...not quite the mindset you should have for Lucid Dreaming |

The biggest piece of advice I can give for trying to master the art of lucid dreaming is patience |
