      Day 8=
      I had a nap and when i woke up, i experienced an out of body experience (OBE)....Although i was light and i could hear the echo of my breathing (sounds like another person was breathing after me....weird!). i tried to sit but i was stuck in my body. i was in that situation for 2 minuets then i tried to actually sit and did an RC but i was awake...

      sooooo, i had a semi OBE!!!! That's far good after a long dry spell.

      a new event is that when i do this technique, i wake up motionless.... then i try to do DEILD, but nothing happens and i fall sleep like a bear.

      I'm facing the same problem that I always do. I can't stay up for the mild and ssild. I get up and try to visualize, but it's so hard. I think it's because it's a lot of work to do when I just wake up. I eventually fall asleep after trying for a little while.

      you can do the cycles when you sit on your bed....then lie and so some cycles and then sleep. I hope it helps you....

      Day 11=

      nothing more than vivid dreams....i just remember more detailed works i do in dreams. i think i have the same problem with this method as i had with ADA. it only increases the awareness of my surrounding and their details but not my self awareness...so i need to modify this technique a little bit. I want to do RC every 1 hour too (i mean not too much....just to increase a little self awareness).

      As I mentioned yesterday, I started RC too. I did RC only every hour with full awareness of questioning the reality. Then when I did the cycles and MILD, I fell asleep. In my dreams, I questions the reality 3 times and every time I was disappointed to do an RC as I was sure it was the real life and only a fool thinks it's a dream.....so I messed the opportunity to become lucid for 3 times!!!!

      Also I had 2 false awakening before 2 of them.

      Thanks to Yaya's advice I was able to do the full technique. However I didn't get lucid. I'm going to try to do my wbtb later on in the morning. Ive recently been getting 5 hrs of sleep befor I do a wbtb, but now I'm going with 6 hrs. Also I had a FA.

      I only had strange dreams....i dreamed i gave birth to 3 birds!!!.....and then i gave them seeds and took them everywhere....that's the most ridicules dream i have ever seen in my life!!!!

      Finally an LD!!!!!
      I had a long LD during a nap using these techniques. I became lucid out of nowhere.
      I intentionally ended the LD in order to remember what I had experienced.

      I have finally gotten lucid from 2 weeks of only normL dreams. The dream wasn't the greatest, but it was still great.

      I only slept for 4 hours so nothing special happened. I continue RC every hour.

      No LD too....just super vivid dreams but a little scary...some one has died and her blood was spread through the window of our building...

      So dam close to a LD. So I was in dream then I noticed something strange. I was questioning everything about where I was, and then I decided to do a reality check. Then right when I did it and I was lucid, my alarm went off. I'm gonna count the LD for this thread because overall the technique worked.

      Oh I know how you felt after that alarm messed with your LD!

      Day 17=
      Just vivid dreams. But I always wake up after doing this technique, but I never RC as I feel too lazy when I am close to fall sleep. So I might have missed many FAs!!!!!!!

      Well... The thing about to day is that I didn't have any dreams to become lucid in. For some reason I had a random insomnia episode. On got 3 hours of sleep. The worst part is that I felt wide awake in bed, but now since I started my daily routine I feel sooooo tired.

      I didn't do the technique because I was so tired. I think that some nights I should try fild, and if that fails then I will go on to mild and ssild.

      I had an FA again after i woke up. I thought i am awake and i sat on my bed.....then i found myself lied in bed....
