I'm going to perform WBTB tonight as usual, and I was thinking, what if I spend the 30 minutes I stay up on looking at my hands and say: Tonight I must remember to have a lucid dream (with more mantras). I usually do it for like 3 minutes before I turn of my light and go to sleep again. |

Sleeping in awkward position, can apparently work well. Haven't tried it myself though. |

I find it hard to sleep when laying on my back, I always fall asleep when I lay on my side. |

The examples I know of mentioned head position.. but I suppose anything that could act as an anchor would do. |
