Now seriously, if you've been thinking about or working to be lucid dreaming, it probably means the subject of lucid dreaming is gaining importance in your mind, so if you keep working you'll get a lucid dream very soon!!

But really though, like Bharmo said, if you're having dreams where you're thinking about lucid dreaming, it means you're really close to actual lucidity. Keep working on it, and you should have a real lucid dream in no time.

I tend to be straightforward, especially when given little detail or there's little reason to care.

Straightforward is good. Misleading is not. If you don't care about the question or your reply, then by all means don't reply. Pick a question that interests you and you are willing to ask followups and give explanation and be helpful, as I have seen you do in other threads.
