Thread: How do YOU reality check?

I do a nose pinch, look around me to see if anything's odd and I ask myself what I was doing half an hour ago, if what I'm doing makes sense and what led me to doing what I'm doing.

I ask myself, "Is this unusual?". If the current situation is unusual I then look carefully at my surroundings and question myself if Im dreaming, followed by a nose pinch reality check.

I usually just go straight for the nose pinch, then I look at both my hands. I feel like those have been the most reliable for me.

Usually a nose pinch along with a mental question of what I was doing and how I got into the current situation. If I have a little more time, I will play the 'questions game' with myself and try to find faults in my reality.

Looking around for something unusual + count my fingers look at my hands

I draw a sign on my palm. Like dot or so. When I see it I try to push my thumb through palm or I look at my hands to see if there is everything in order with them. Easy and effective
