Hi, i have a new iwatch and i can get it to vibrate every 15 mins onto my wrist. If i spend a few weeks performing a quality reality check every time it vibrates then could this help to obtain lucidity when dreaming.

I would wbtb and then set iwatch to vibrate each 15 mins (im confident that i would be asleep within a few mins and extremely high chance that id be in rem 10 mins after that) Would this technique actually work by feeling the watch vibrate whilst dreaming?
