    Thread: DEILD Exaustion

      So as a quick re-cap - You feel as though you have used DEILD to the point that the technique is less effective for you because of mental exhaustion.
      The obvious solution would be to find a new technique that more suits you. I'm guessing that you've thought of that and you're trying to combat the mental exhaustion itself?

      Well What do you do when you're physically exhausted? I'd say take a break from lucid dreaming to relax and calm your mind.
      Write down a few things during your break that you'd like to do the next time you DEILD. Grab a few ideas from some movies, books, or just think of a few. You'll inevitably feel refreshed from the break, With the added bonus of the exciting list of things you'll have written down while catching your breath! Best of luck!
