      I had a dream I became lucid?!

I only had one dream last night, it was blury to remember most of, But I remember hearing screaming, from inside my head, and I ended up running into the bathroom and looking in the mirror, and My face, was my face but not my face, my dream guide was in front of me, But All i could hear was him shouting, at this point I realised I was dreaming ( I Think ) ( Unless I dreamt I realised I was dreaming ), And I stopped, and did the easiest reality check I could think of. I Pinched my nose and started blowing, I was breathing!, it was a sure sign that I was still asleep. So I told myself right... I'm dreaming here, stabalize!, So the next thing I did was rub my hands together to stabalize the dream...
I don't know wether it worked or not because After that I slightly remember still being in my dream, lucid, but maybe getting to excited and I woke up.

Did i dream I became lucid? Or did I become Lucid?

I've not had a lucid dream (or any hardly) since i was 16, and I started lucid dreaming.

Hard to say. From your LD count I see you've had a few lucids already. Think to yourself: what did those feel like? What did this one feel like? Was it similar, was I really lucid?
If you find that you were actively doing these motions and felt like you truly realised you were dreaming, it was likely a lucid dream. If not, it was probably a non-lucid about achieving lucidity.

Don't beat yourself up over that if it ends up feeling like a non-lucid, though. A non-lucid dream about lucid dreaming does mean that your brain is incorporating your LDing into your dream life more - so that's good progress!
      Good luck!

EDIT: Good point by dolphin. It's likely that you became lucid upon reality checking and that you either then lost that lucidity or the dream destabilized.

You're not going to master the rest of your life in one day. Just relax. Master the day. Then just keep doing that every day.

You became lucid and then lost the lucidity after you rubbed your hands. Having a dream goal in mind can keep this from happening.

You definitely did not just dream that you got lucid. That's something that a lot of people who are new to lucid dreaming question: How do you know you just didn't dream you knew you were dreaming? But really, think about it. In your dream, you knew you were dreaming--it's not that you "dreamed that you knew that you were dreaming." The only time something like that would be applicable in any sense is probably if you had a dream within a dream, and in that second dream you realized you were dreaming--but even then, ultimately, you realized you were dreaming.

It's really easy to do, but don't overthink this. ^_^ You were lucid last night!

Sounds a little like a Semi-lucid. Not to not to discredit your lucid dream. You can still say I'm dreaming and to RC's. It's like you know it's a dream but more on a subconscious level. They can be more blurry and you tend to question more if you were really lucid then next day compared to the knowing you were lucid. -_-)

I've had a very similar dream. Heard screaming and ran into bathroom only to find somebody else in the mirror, and apparently it was my dream guide.
