This seems pretty useful, thank you very much! Another problem for me though is that I find it difficult to focus my energy on both daylight hours and sleeping hours. The goal here is not for me to shift focus and energy from waking to sleeping, it is to expand focus and energy to the night time hours. The issue is that I have a lot of trouble keeping up a routine like that unless it is one of the top things on my mind, and my mind is very occupied with other things so that is not entirely possible. It could just be getting into the groove and incorporating it into my daily routine. I will certainly give it a shot.
