      Let's get back to work.

      So as some of you know that I already have a post about "Practicing MILD for 21 days" and got some success, I wanted to create another one. I was scare to workout because of time and scare that I won't continue or quit, but I must go one day or never.

      Practicing MILD for 21 days.

      This is my resolution for 21 days(3 weeks); I will practice MILD for 21 days(or more?).

      Here are the steps:

      1.Wake-up at 4 o'clock in the morning.


      2.Focus my intent.
      Repeat like a mantra: "I'm dreaming".

      3.See myself becoming lucid.
      While repeating like a mantra, I see myself becoming lucid.

      I will pose a review of the 21 days everyday.
      Of cause if you want to join, you're free.

      Great! I'm curious for the results.

      1 tip: To increase the likelihood for lucid dreams to occur, it's best to improve / train your prospective memory during the day. That's what the MILD technique is based on.

      Ok i will, but to be honest for the moment the interest in lucid dreaming is a bit low and i don't think i will reach anything with that mindset, but i will start posting tomorrow.

      Day 1:

      Didn't wake up at 4:00 because i didn't hear the alarm. I woke up at 5:00 and remember a lot of dreams but didn't want to write/record. I didn't even try to get of the bed to try MILD. Let's see tomorrow.

      I'm trying to get back into LDing and I have the time to sleep so I'll try this challenge. MILD was always my best technique anyway so it will be easier to get back into.

      Day 2:

      I woke up at 3:30 naturally and went back to sleep at 4:00 doing my mantra and got a lucid dream: My Subconscious tries to trick or help me.

      LD: 1

      Day 3:

      I woke up at naturally at 2:45 and went back to bed at 4:00 doing my mantra and remember a lot of dreams.

      LD: 1

      Day One

      I woke up naturally during the night but was out of it and I don't believe I did any kind of LD technique but my memory is kind of fuzzy and barely any dream recall. I'm also dealing with a chronic illness which has been worse the last few days so that might be interfering with the process. Better luck tonight I hope.

      I woke up naturally at 2:30 and went back to sleep at 4:00 by trying Mild, I remember a lot of dreams but no lucid dream.

      No LDs and no dream recall as of yet. I think I tried SSILD last night upon waking up but again, everything is really fuzzy. Maybe now wasn't the best time to start this challenge because of illness but I will continue and maybe I will improve.

      I actually forgot to do my usual lucid dream routine but had decent recall and I think a semi-lucid last night.

      I went to sleep at 23:something and woke up naturally at 2:29 in the morning. I wanted to try a modify MILD but i said to myself to stick to my old method MILD. I went back to sleep at 4:something and made a Lucid Dream: Unstable Lucid Dream.

      I went to sleep at 23:00 and woke up naturally at 1:30(which I was not expecting because it was too early) my expectation was to wake up at 2:30.
      I went back to sleep at 3:54(I was awake a bit too long, because i was watching some movies and videos), I went on the bed and start
      my mild method.

      I went to sleep at 22:48 but because of someone I went to sleep at 23:something and I woke up naturally at 1:54(2:00).
      I watched some documentary about Irish mafia vs Italian mafia trying to take over control New-York.
      At 4:00 I went back to sleep trying my MILD method and got a Lucid Dream: Creepy guy makes me become lucid.

      I'm impressed, you already got 3 LD in one week, are you using only MILD or are you doing RC and mindfulness during the day, are you writing your dreams ?

      I'm only using MILD(autosuggestions+visualization) and dream journal and nothing else.

      I went to sleep at 23:00 and woke up naturally at 1:00 but I made the mistake to stay too long on the bed and I fell asleep.
      I woke up at 4:00 and I was kind of angry because it wills f**k up my chance.
      I watched some creepy alien documentary and went back to bed at 5:27 trying my Mild, no lucid.

      And what are you visualizing, you becoming lucid ?

      Just take a recent dream and imagine you becoming lucid or take a lucid dream you had and rewind(repeat) it again.

      I went to sleep at 23:00 and woke up naturally at 2:30.
      I went watching SpongeBob and after some documentaries.
      I went back to sleep at 4:00 trying my MILD method and made 2 Lucid Dreams:
      Cannot move.
      A cat makes me become lucid.

      I feel like visualizing becoming lucid or remembering being lucid is a good way to trick your brain into thinking you have more experience with lucids and that you LD all the time. Since dreams are built a lot from our expectations, this can easily cause a LD. I approve of this technique.

      Also a good thing to do, is spend some time and go through every LD you remember. This takes some time after a while (aaaaaalllll the LD TIME!!!!))), but the effects are great.

      I feel like experience is the most effective way to have an LD. I am working on in dream ways to spoof exp and max out my LDs. Haha. I also want to keep tabs on you here.

      I went to sleep at 23:00 and woke up at 2:30.
      I was so tired that even watching some videos couldn't make me stay awake.
      So I went to sleep at 3:00 and try my MILD method and made a Lucid Dream:
      Inception.
