If Hukif recommends starting off slowly then please listen to him. I kind of OD'd on it and wore myself out because it's mentally exhausting. After I took the break and came back refreshed it was smooth. However, in a weird way I do also condone stretching one's mental capacity to know your true limits. As he stated, proceed with progressive overload but at the same time make sure you're doing it long enough to where you feel like your mind is getting a workout. Becoming lucid from Gravity RC is priceless!

      I hope this helps.

Hey, Azul. I was wondering where you disappeared too, I read your gravity rc post some time ago and up until recently was about to PM you to see how your progress was still coming along.

13th - 18th of April: I’ve been doing the gravity RC for most of the days, since I have experience in meditation it seems fairly easy to do the gravity RC because I’ve learnt how to redirect my focus to a single point on my body.

      Let’s get to the dreams.

I feel more present within my dreams, im taking note of things i didn’t used to do. My self awareness in dreams is becoming so much better, it’s making my dreams feel more life like and immersive.

On the 16th of April, I had a dream within a dream, in this dream loop, I was trying to control the environment, this came out of no where, I didn’t have much time to put any thought into it, and it resulted in the dream loop ending. I wasn’t lucid, but it was a very interesting experience.

Lasts nights dream: I was talking to my dads close friend, he brought up the the topic spirit communication and I randomly started to notice how the wall looks next to me, I was really focusing on it, and then I wake up.

I’m starting to have some degree of awareness in my dreams, and it feels good.

Gravity RC has been off and on with me since I initially started since I entered a completely new phase in my life.

In all honesty, it's quite a simple concept to understand the challenge just comes when one has to hold the focus on it throughout the day. I believe that is the hardest task for most people. I will say this though, once you actually become lucid from Gravity RC you're going to be so pumped. It will become 10x easier IRL because you know what to expect and the subtleties are so obvious now.

That's awesome man I'm happy for you! That's the beauty about this RC is that is that since it's such a high level of focus it actually works as a "dream stabilizer" as well. I have more insights on that but that's for another topic. As you start to become more accustomed to this you will notice so much more that you didn't before.

      Keep up the good work!

Hope all is well for you in your new life chapter! if you want to post your own experiences and such with the gravity RC your welcome to jot them down in this thread, would love to read them!

Honestly, After giving it a go for the first few days, I began to realise that it feels kind of effortless to practice at times, which is absolutely awesome! I’m not sure if that’s just me, or if you feel the same at times but being able to go for a walk, run, or doing any other activity and being able to apply some focus to it, makes it seem rather easy. One thing I ran into is that It is rather hard to keep up with while playing video games haha, but i feel breaks are necessary as training too much can leave one feeling exhausted as you said in your first comment.

I’ve come to terms that it may well take a few months to translate into my dreams fully, but at the moment, I’m very happy with how my normal dreams are turning out. My dream recall has boosted a bunch since using this RC!

Again, would love to hear some of your experiences with it if you have any spare time to share!

Thank you for the warm welcome and everything is going great.

As Hukif told me and now I'm telling you, I promise if you stay consistent it will be beyond worth while. When it finally set in for me I was lucid everyday every dream, one of the most awesome feelings ever. The reason most people give up is because it will take a while before it becomes habitual. So you're going about it with the right mindset by giving it AT LEAST 90 days to train your subconscious. It differs greatly from ADA but at the same time it's also not very different. What I mean is most people practice ADA in a sense of sporadic reality checks throughout the day. Gravity RC in reality is the core of All Day Awareness because it's a level of focus that should ideally be held all day.

As for video games just focus on the weight of the controller in your hands. A simple way to integrate it is just by focusing on whatever activity it is that you're doing.

Although I have evolved spiritually by a substantial amount since then, you may PM me if you are interested in learning more about it.

Oh also, perform these RCs with intimacy as if you really could be dreaming because it really immerses and grounds you in the moment.

I’ll keep that in mind. Consistency isn’t really a problem with me at all, the gravity RC is honestly effortless, which makes it really fun to practice. I feel like I’m getting the hang of it, which is a good sign. I feel as though I prefer this technique compared to the basic RC’s you would do several times a day. Of course, I have to check several times if I am actually focusing on my own gravity.

These are words from hukif, you’ve probably already heard it yourself “I mean. The RC itself is self awareness so it's like meditation in that sense”.

Knowing that this increases overall self awareness and dream recall is a big bonus and I wish there were more people doing it. Even outside of lucid dreaming, this can help a bunch when learning how to meditate. It has so many pros to it.

Yea the idea of it supposed to be easy but the real goal of it is to be second nature. That's a new level of awareness and focus, man you talking about some of the most vivid dreams whew! I have returned back to my roots and I'm doing something that I did when I first started out. I'm using a timer that goes off every half hour to help me get back into things. My mind is like a virtual planner so honing in on particular aspects can be difficult sometimes. I will say that it is becoming incorporated quite nicely again though.

Dude I was literally going to say the same thing if more people could just do it and stick with it! I remember my first Gravity RC induced lucid, man I don't know if I was more excited or Hukif was LOL. Reason being people gave up on it in the past, but as you stated the pros of this transcend the dream/astral plane, it improves daily life.

If you have a fit-bit man, you can set it go off several times while your sleeping which can remind you to check your gravity in your dream. Might be useful for you, I used my fit-bit to remind me on the very first day, but since then I figured I much rather remind myself than relying on an external tool.

Yesterday and today, I’ve been having weird thoughts regarding the RC, I’m often thinking whether I’m doing it right or wrong and was wondering if you encountered this when you first started out?
