Day 1: I was doing it for around about 5 minutes per hour, I was surprised how effortless it was to do it, maybe this was due to me having some experience with other awareness methods. In total I must be done it for around 1 hour. Which is great for the first day. |

Yea the idea of it supposed to be easy but the real goal of it is to be second nature. That's a new level of awareness and focus, man you talking about some of the most vivid dreams whew! I have returned back to my roots and I'm doing something that I did when I first started out. I'm using a timer that goes off every half hour to help me get back into things. My mind is like a virtual planner so honing in on particular aspects can be difficult sometimes. I will say that it is becoming incorporated quite nicely again though. |

If you have a fit-bit man, you can set it go off several times while your sleeping which can remind you to check your gravity in your dream. Might be useful for you, I used my fit-bit to remind me on the very first day, but since then I figured I much rather remind myself than relying on an external tool. |

I was a bit hesitant to use the alarm as well because like you I hate relying on external sources as well. I just realized that using the alarm would be much more consistent with helping me get back into things. I used to be against certain tools but then I figured it could only help things improve. |
