For some reason, I felt the urge to get back into Lucid Dreaming...
When I first learned about LD, in 2011, I was a very active oneironaut. Most of my practices and experiences faded away with the pass of the years.

You can be still, and it's very useful, but life still goes on around you. And you will be dragged into its dramas. And you will still react emotionally to some things. And you may get curious about the nature of life and the universe. Thinking can be really useful at this point

What is this first task/basic II you're referring to?

oh, yes..But I also meant to be aware in the present moment.. one goes by the hand with the other one..
we can't get rid of our thinking ever.
