      Reality checks to do with obe4u technique

      Hi,
      I've been trying the obe4u technique and got vivid dreams last week while practicing it. I went back "into" my body because of not recognizing that certain moments were dreams.

      I want to know an app that can remind me of when to do a reality check.

      I did what I think is under

      "Not Recognizing Lucid Dreams"

      It could also be under

      "False physical movement"

      A good app to set reminders of any kind (you can customize the message) and frequency of reminders is Habitminder.

      You can set a target of RCs a day, the time you are reminded and then track progress as well. Works great for all sorts of healthy habits one is trying to develop.
      Only the ladder is real. The climb is all there is.
