It s been ages I havent been on the Forum, but keep continuing practicing and it s funny that you post that, because recently, maybe a month ago, I started to use my basement as lucid dream practice to be able to set alarms for WBTB, because If I do that beside my wife, she would kill me haha

By doing so, I found that it s a good way to reset your will and intent to keep motivated. I had couple of lucid dream happening but not specially while I was in the basement. I will try your technique of trying to retrieve something in the room.

what I usually do, it s call my dream guide, set my intention and doing some exercise of dream yoga.

How long did it take for you to lucid dream from that new location and exercice and what is your frequency to go on the couch and what is your LD frequency ?
