I am starting to have pretty good dream recall, remembering at least a dream a night(although most of my dreams tend to mesh together into one long messed up dream), and I've been able discern several "dream signs", at least I think so, and yet my dreams still seem to be so... I'm not sure how to describe it, except for... distant, or fuzzy, or unreal. I'm not sure if this is just because my mental visualization is bad, or what. I've practiced some visualization techniques outlined in Dr. LaBerge's book, and yet they seem to do nothing. I can't seem to dream in a "realistic" manner. I've also considered getting some sleep aids, like melatonin or something. I doubt if it will help though. Any ideas anyone?
