To answer your question i would meditate more often. Sounds like you are uncomfortable with dreaming and just need to open up a little more. If you dont take time during the day to meditate start. Meditation will help your visualization, and anwareness and you will start to recall more vivid dreams and know when your dreaming more often. Once you feel comfortable with meditation do it at strange times like in a room full of people just open your mind and leave where you are but be with yourself. I think you will find it helps. |
