I dont drink or smoke, and dreams like this make up the majority... Dont know how to help lol, I only gain lucidity either when I an in 1st person, or if I am in 3rd person then I have to be like controlling myself, just observing from and different place. I havent obtained lucidity in the dreams where it seems sort of like a movie as you are describing
