hmm, so wierd I did the same thing, I had been pmd several times about how I wild so I wrote a kind of tutorial for reference. Nice stuff billybob . I also think that instead of being moved to the tutorial section, why not make it a sticky? on this section or the newbie section, I've noticed a lot of people sign in on the forum and start asking to many questions about wild, making it a sticky could probably work for answering all questions there and as new people come they can read back instead of posting a new thread. |

i'd like to WILD but normally when i get to stage where i feel like my body's goin numb . i kinda get stuck there for like hours, waiting for the streaks of colours and the vibrations so yeh how do you fix that? |

WOW! Last night I tried this technique. I went to bed at 11 pm and woke up at 5 am. I started the "1, I'm dreaming, 2, I'm dreaming" on the rhythm of my breath, and when I got to about 50, I started to feel the vibrations (for the first time ever ). Also, some kind of tingling sensation started. After a while, the vibrations got stronger, and they kind of moved there way up to my head. My pulse started to rise, and my breating got faster (reaaaally strange feeling). But then... the sensation faded away And I kept on counting and breathing, and my body was feeling numb... But at about 150, I thought that I was never gonna fall into a dream, and since I had to go up for school the next day (which is today), I kind of turned around and went to sleep. |

actually read this before it was a tutorial - helped with my first wild. I usually get the intense pulse/waves in 2-3 cycles the first cycle , usually is when i have to get over the fear of whats happening and if I get past that stage the next one or two are more intense and out of my control before i am in my ld. |

i have a little broblem,ok i fell asleep at 21,and woke up at 23,should i wake up 6 hours later or resume my previus dream period |
