WOW! Last night I tried this technique. I went to bed at 11 pm and woke up at 5 am. I started the "1, I'm dreaming, 2, I'm dreaming" on the rhythm of my breath, and when I got to about 50, I started to feel the vibrations (for the first time ever ). Also, some kind of tingling sensation started. After a while, the vibrations got stronger, and they kind of moved there way up to my head. My pulse started to rise, and my breating got faster (reaaaally strange feeling). But then... the sensation faded away And I kept on counting and breathing, and my body was feeling numb... But at about 150, I thought that I was never gonna fall into a dream, and since I had to go up for school the next day (which is today), I kind of turned around and went to sleep.

So, O mighty BillyBob , what is your advice for tonight? What should I do? Just count longer, or is it the wrong time?

O by the way, at about 110, it seemed like my feet were sinking into the bed, but at 115 it stopped again.
