Something that helped me achieve my first LD was chocolate. I drink lots of warm milk before bed, that helps you to sleep faster and wakes you up at 3 AM because you gotta piss. After I go to the bathroom, I ate 5 pieces (thats one serving, but it's going to make me fat lol) of Dark Chocolate. Then I fell back asleep and had a very vivid Lucid Dream.
