The only thing that I've noticed with me, is that as my insomnia gets worse and worse, my dreams get longer and more intense, and therefore chances of attaining and sustaining lucidy increase (usually via a slew of false awakenings).

But don't you go trying to contract insomnia! It nooooo fun.
