Reply to this if you have, and put some tips in, like how consistent I have to be with Reality Checks. Hi, I don't think there is a fixed number of RCs U have to do. It all depends on how well Ur mind 'likes' doing the RC. U gotta make/condition Ur mind to accept doing RCs as part of Ur life eg..looking before U cross the street. IMJ
