I guess the techniques mentioned on that page could work, but if you want real relaxation I would recommend that you learn deep muscle relaxation. If you search the web you can find lots of how-to information, like here for instance: http://www.guidetopsychology.com/pmr.htm. It may take you several weeks to master, but when you get the hang of it you'll be able to relax very deeply in only seconds. I have no idea whether this will improve your chances of WILDing, though. |
