You were as some people call it "Partially Lucid" meaning that even know you knew it was a dream you were still aware of real life danger. |

I'd have to agree that you probably did partially realise you were dreaming but you did not fully understand the implications of that. Its happened to me several times, I've done a reality check in the dream and/or told myself I'm dreaming, and yet I still don't fully realise this fact. |

Thanks, everyone! I don't even know why I first thought that I was dreaming. The "magic board" definitely isn't the strangest thing I've seen in a dream. |
