Really there isn't; imagery, tactile sensations, counting breaths etc etc... are all just other forms of anchors. Being able to WILD comes from being able to use your anchor as an assistant/tool;
not being able to think about what it is.
Pretty consistent guideline with every other tutorial:
- Wbtb
- Relax
- Apply Anchor
- Sleep
Nothing new; but he says it in a simplistic way that is attracting more people. Its causing people to rave over it so its doing something right.
