force yourself to stay still. If your limbs go blue you know you're getting your circulation cut off. If they don't you know it's just sp. |

Well, since my hands are under the covers, and it's night, I can't exactly check if they're blue without moving, or opening my eyes, so I can't really see how that's a viable solution =p |

I have the same worries , because I can't tell if I’m going to numb or losing my circulation. So , I just WILD in a position where I know it's IMPOSSIBLE to lose circulation. |

I would suggest not even thinking about it. I have only gotten to vibrations of SP a few times, and I'm new too but from what I've read about WILDing, you are not supposed to be thinking that about what you are doing. If you are worried about circulationg being cut off, it's going to be hindering your chances to WILD. |

first of all just try laying on your back to get into sleep paralysis. in that position you know that it isn't blood flow problems but just sleep paralysis. next, maybe you have a natural advantage in getting into sleep paralysis where it just happens. lastly, when your appendages just go numb try "moving them" in your mind but actually feeling them moving like in real life. by lifting your body out of your physical body you can endure and instant lucid dream. |

just keep going...first your body tests itself and then starts to fall asleep...you just got to keep on. your almost there. the numbness is a good sign |
