The same could easily be said for headaches.
It's not really much of a pain that I was referring to, just the feeling of hunger that everyone feels when they want to eat. I eat meals and snacks way too often (common, at least, to most Americans). And while normal meals are not a problem, eating several snacks between meals can be pretty unhealthy depending on what you eat. This could definitely be a good way to curb some of those cravings for snacks in between meals.
But, yes, by all means, if you are having any sort of unusual pain that you are trying to eliminate then you should check out the problem
