As I replied in another thread before, the Stephen LaBerge reccomended 61-Point Relaxation technique is indispensible. I get the impression not many people use it, because it just isn't getting the recognition it really deserves.
I entered partial SP lastnight by practicing it, except I wasn't intending to WILD. It was the first time I've use it, a shame. Maybe I would have got there
