I don't know about that but whenever I have milk or cheese before bed my recall is shit. |
|
This might be inaccurate because my recall is still inconsistent anyway, but every time I eat more than a few crackers an hour or less before I go to sleep, I find I never remember any dreams and I highly doubt I become lucid because every LD I've had in my life (about 6 or 7, all before I started trying...) has been so vivid that I remember it almost like real life and I wake up after it as well. So, just wondering if anyone else has noticed this same negative relationship dreaming has with eating. Not all that important, just curious. |

I'm a Newcastle United fan (football, soccer team), that's their nickname. |

Thats weird because whenever I drink a warm glass of chocalate milk before bed, I have a lucid dream 3 out of the 4 times I try. It's pretty effective for me. |

I don't think food has any significant effect on dreaming. High doses (1000% or more) of B12 does. But not cheese/milk/bread, etc. There's no evidence for it. |
