The best time to relax/fall asleep again is right after you have. Every time you come out then go back and do it again. This amplifies new neural pathway & makes it easier to access every proceeding occurrence. The real trick to this is to minimize the movement. i.e. eye movement, limb etc. Its like learning to ride a bike.
