Sure, it means that, when doing a RC, imagine how it would go in a dream, and that the RC is working, ie. the finger is passing through the palm, letters are changing, you can breath, etc, etc. And to also associate the RC working like that, with it being a dream.

Since I has seen that when some people do it as an habit, it ends failing in dreams too <.<
