is this close to a deild

I woke up from a dream, didn't move or open my eyes and in a not- even half awake State I started picturing the last dream scene. Then I felt a weird but comfortable feeling in my body and saw pure white. Then I lost it but is this close to a deild.

Also if it makes a difference, I became lucid right before I woke up

Yes that was a DEILD. You woke up and didn't move nor open your eyes.

But I didn't go back into the lucid dream and that's part of a dield... the most important part haha

The feeling in your body and the pure white vision were side effects of transitioning into the dream. Try not to focus on them, but keep your focus on your visualization of the dream. You were really close!
