Have you ever DEILDED into a false awakening?

For example, I become lucid in a dream at the last minute. I say to myself that I'm going to DEILD now. As the dream fades, I keep my eyes closed and don't move, breathing normally, thinking about the last dream scene.

From the moment the DEILD started, it was just a dream, not waking life.

This happened to me last night.

      Ever happened to you before?

And, is there some form of RC you can do without moving at all?
We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

Excerpt from my DJ a while back.

BUT I woke up.... Or so I thought. I was gonna DEILD... I got suprised by how quickly I managed to fall back, despite the fact that I had already moved around quite a lot. Now this is the freaky part, I could literally feel my dream body and my real body fighting. Prehaps this was all a hallucination caused by my subconscious trying to re-create SP? I decided to slowly open my eyes. I AM DREAMING.... Or am I? This is a dream... I'm sure of it! My vision was still blurry... I told myself to stabilize. I sat up in bed and stared at the wall. The clarity increased a little. "This can't be a dream... I woke up and failed my DEILD"... I thought of throwing myself out of the window... "I'll die"... I opened the door to walk to the bathroom. My legs were really stiff... My mom appeared around the corner. When she saw me she yelled and put her hand over her face to cover her eyes. "SORRY" She yelled. I realized that I wasn't wearing any clothes... "Oh" I said. There was a christmas tree standing in living room... "I guess mom is already getting ready for christmas"...
To answer your question, yes, there is.

Close your eyes and try to look upwards. You'll get this tickling, kinda unpleasant feeling. If you'll do this in a dream, you'll notice that it doesn't feel anything (for me at least). I've managed to catch 2 FAs this way.

Thanks! I'll be sure to do that every DEILD from now on.
