Red face Lucid Dreaming in Dream inside Dream

I've seen a post similiar to this one, but as I'm comming back to LDing, I thought that it might be a good idea to participate more here in order to keep up with the self training!

So, anyway, training my dreamrecall in order to get to LDream I remember a cool dream I had this night. I was sitting on a couch in a party and feeling very sleepy, then suddently I slept. I was then in a room that was transparent and flying! So I though: " What the -? I must be dreaming! ". My dreamself had attained lucidity in the dream! But when my dreamself tryed to control the dream, he failed and woke up back to the party! So, my dreamself thought: "God damn I almost managed to become full lucid in a dream"; Then, of course, the dream moved on and stuff and I (myself) never actually remember to do the same in the dream.

Anyway, did I fail or succeed in training to DILD?

You realized you was dreaming.. so you was lucid.
      i had this thing before.

it was my first LD, so it was normal..
now every lucid im having, is getting more real, more lucid..

You open the door, and throw away the keys. Someone is my head, but its not me.

I would say it was not a DILD. Because it sounds like you were not fully in controll. If you were lucid you also should have noticed when you were back at the party.

I think I wasn't lucid at all! If I ever got lucid, it was for a very brief moment!

That's just it; you were lucid! The only requirement for lucid dreams is to be aware that you were dreaming. It seems you did that, no matter how short it was or if you had no control.
