      What this sensations means...

      Every night im listening to Cranberries - Empty, and start just think, how i would do..
      actually feeling the stuff..

      and sometimes i like to fall on the sky.. just fall. and feel me falling.
      I actually feel that im falling, i feel that sensation ppl feel trying to WILD, when you feel that you are falling, or your bed is making loops, and stuff..

      What that sensations mean?

      Second Question:
      One day, i was trying to sleep, and i was not thinking anymore, i dont even saw the time past.. i guess i was sleeping.. i dont know..

      Than i waked up when entering in sleep paralysis (heart beating, couldnt hear anything and stuff), but i was scared and opened my eyes.. was this me entering SP right?
      but why my body waked when i was acutally entering SLEEP?

      You can be interrupted as you are falling asleep. When this happens, you can experience any or all of the sensations linked to sleep paralysis.

      Try to use the falling sensation as a meditation when you WILD. Maybe something like this:
