Breaking Through to Higher Planes

What works easiest for me is to sexually charge first before trying this. Once I get lucid I have sex as many times as possible until I'm good and sick of it. What I find is that my body is then filled with empathy (it's like healing, ego soothing energy) then I feel so free and motivated. From there it's MUCH easier to have full control of the normal dream and pushing your mind to the breaking point into your (Inner mind). Once in your inner mind, things will change. The realm becomes active with people just as intelligent as you (even with stronger abilities than yours) and there are inlets in the unfolding schemas that let you into the higher planes. Basically you just need enough energy in your body first. A good way to do that is to sexually charge. Strangely when I wake my mind tells me what I'm doing is wrong/abusive, but I don't feel that way at all in the dream. I think it's just a developed limitation to help me get along in society. Any thoughts or experience "breaking through?"

hahahahha usually after I have a mind blowing orgasm in my dreams it drifts on and im not lding anymore.. ive only had that 3 or 4 times.... *drool* and achieving the sex.. it took practise hehehe

I haven't found dream sex helpful for breaking into higher planes, it often just distracts me and muddies my awareness. You feel it charges your dreambody up somehow? However, I have been trying to simply charge my dreambody. Stand still, and imagine energy pouring into it. I will feel some buzzing sensations in my body (the top of the head last time,) and the surroundings got more intense and I felt much more present and clear. Haven't done this enough to see how effective it is for reaching higher planes. What has worked before is just having the intent to go somewhere fantastic, and then exploring until it appears. However this is unreliable (often I will just come across endless urban environments) and time consuming. Perhaps I need a higher level of energy before doing this. Another method could be to close your eyes and imagine somewhere until it becomes vivid enough to "step into," sort of like a WILD inside a dream. Tried this a week ago, but the image never got very vivid, and when I opened my eyes I was still in the same area.

Personally, I've had the best success with this when I meditate. For example, I sit down and look at some nice dream scenery and just use it as a focus for meditation. This usually beings me to higher or other states of consciousness and planes of existence.
