Which thing does this sound most like?

So, I'm not really read up much on how WILDs, AP, and OBEs start, and what makes them different from each other, but here's something I've experienced. I'll be lying in bed or something, and my limbs will start getting really heavy (often starting with my legs) and things will have kind of a buzzy or melty feel to them, and if I keep still for long enough I start to lose focus of my body's shape a bit. If I take it really far my heart starts beating really fast and hard and my limbs start to tingle, and at the furthest I've taken it sometimes I get this weird feeling like my teeth are turning inside out. Also, the further I take it the louder there's a high-pitched static, and the darkness behind my eyelids starts to become really light, but not fully white (in the same way that it's normally not fully black). Sound familiar?

I can get to this state effortlessly pretty much whenever I feel like it, but I have anxiety and when I take it really far it usually gives me a panic attack, or at least makes me really uncomfortable, so I never try to do anything with it. I'm just kind of curious as to what it is.

The quick heart beat, heaviness and tingling/vibrations are classic signs of sleep paralysis. The other hallucinations you've described can also happen... Actually, there isn't really anything that you can't experience while in sleep paralysis.

You can do an AP/OBE or WILD from that state if you stay with it long enough.
We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

Alright, thanks for the help. I may have to give it another shot some time then.
