Best method for beginners to Astral Project?

Hello fellow dreamers! For the past couple weeks I have been researching into Astral Projection,Lucid Dreams, and the powers of the mind we possess. I am super into al these. Anyways so I was wondering what is the best method to Astral Project and what are the steps involved. And any tips to go along with it? Thank you

I'm a huge advocate for the indirect techniques. You can read up on it at obe4u.com. The idea is to have the intention to separate the moment upon awakenings. ( I like to physically roll at these moments to induce vibrations for separation) When I first read about the technique I was successful with it twice within a three day period. Results can be immediate as long as you do the technique correctly and are properly motivated to astral project. Namaste.

There is a difference between using REM-time to project and to use meditation+visualisation. I suggest rem-time for beginners and those are pretty much the ones dreamcatcher81 referred to. If you feel excited about learning to project through meditation, you can start practicing meditation. the ability to project takes Generally longer time than to master the indirect techniques. but the benefits are much broader when you practice meditation

The best advice I have is to learn to do WILD. You can find tons of info on this forum. The type of WILD where you get hallucinations and stay aware after you have fallen asleep is best for this. After your body is asleep you can do whatever you want. OBE and AP can best be accessed from that state.
