      Saliva when I try to OBE

      When I try to OBE saliva always gets in my way. It's hard to ignore it or swallow without thinking about it.

      What position do you lay? It might help to gravitate more on your back or have a little more upright position by adjusting pillows so saliva flows downwards by itself.

      I usually lay on my back with no pillow but I will try using some!
