Thank you for your comments,
kadie, after that incident I cannot recall any similar scenery in real life, I suppose it was totally random. What about the loud music? Have you experience that as well? Also for how long can you stay in there before it starts to fade? Can you interact with people?
Tihiti, I also did some meditation back then, just some simple energy exercises and I had various results in my sleep (mostly lucid dreams and numerous attempts to separate).
Last night I tried the color breathing exercise, just to start all over again (after 5 years of inactivity). I didn’t actually expected for anything to happen but after the normal sleep (about 6 hours), I had a false awakening in which I was totally aware. It was cold and as I stood up from my bed I took my jacket with me and walk to the living room. It was dark, quiet and peaceful. I decided to wear my jacket (I knew It wouldn’t actually make any difference but I had to try), and then I tried to resist that urge to look myself to the mirror (me wearing that jacket with pajamas would look funny). OMG, don’t you dare to look at the mirror I said to myself (previous encounters with mirrors didn’t end well). So I did manage not to look at any of the two mirrors in the living room and also avoided the reflection on the TV. Then I tried to think what to do next and looked at my hands. That was it, the dream environment instantly disappeared into blackness and I was looking only to my hands (the detail was stunning as always). Then the “melting hands” phenomenon started, I was keep looking to my hands disappearing hopping to stabilize but I failed and returned to my bed. Then the phenomenon I described above started, I observed a picture, it was colorful, it had some geometrical shapes and was not a scenery. The picture was pretty close so I tried to approach it but everything faded.
